These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of smithfreshclean.com (the “website”) and to estimates and services provided by Smith Fresh & Clean, LLC (“Smith Fresh & Clean,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using our website or booking a service with us, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.

Using our website

You may use our website to learn about our services, request an estimate and contact us. You agree not to:

• use the website in any way that is unlawful, harmful or fraudulent
• submit false information or requests on behalf of someone else without their permission
• send spam, advertising or other unsolicited messages through our forms
• try to interfere with the website’s security or operation, or access it with automated tools in a way that overloads it

We may limit or block access to the website for anyone who misuses it.

Website content

The text, logo, graphics and design of this website belong to Smith Fresh & Clean or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, sell or reuse our content, logo or branding without our written permission. Some photos are licensed stock images and remain the property of their owners.

Estimates

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. An estimate is based on the information available to us, such as the size and condition of the home, the services requested and how often you’d like service. If the home’s condition or the work requested turns out to be different from what was described, we will discuss any change in price with you before doing the additional work.

Payment

We accept cash, Zelle, check and credit card. Unless other arrangements have been made in advance, payment is due at the time of service (for laundry, before drop-off). Checks should be made payable to “Smith Fresh & Clean, LLC.” Credit card payments carry a 3% surcharge. Payments are subject to applicable New Jersey sales tax. Laundry prices are listed on our Laundry page and may change from time to time.

Our satisfaction guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you’re not completely happy with any area we cleaned, let us know within 24 hours of your cleaning and we’ll come back to re-clean it at no charge. The guarantee covers a re-clean of the areas originally included in your service. It is not a cash refund, and it doesn’t apply to areas that weren’t part of the service or that have been used or disturbed since the cleaning.

Our website links to sites we don’t control, such as Google, Facebook, Instagram and Google Forms. We aren’t responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices, and a link doesn’t mean we endorse them.

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Prices, services and availability may change without notice, and we don’t guarantee that the website will always be available or free of errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smith Fresh & Clean will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under New Jersey or federal consumer protection law, or our responsibility for our own negligence. Smith Fresh & Clean is insured.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page, and we will update the effective date above. Services already completed are governed by the Terms in effect at the time.
