We are a small, local cleaning company. We collect only what we need to give you an estimate and provide our services, and we never sell your personal information.

• Estimate requests. When you use our Request an Estimate form, we collect your name, phone number, and, if you choose to provide them, your email address, street address, town, the service you’re interested in and any message you include.
• Calls, texts and emails. When you contact us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
• When you book a service. We may collect details we need to do the job, such as your service address, entry or access instructions, information about pets, and your cleaning preferences.
• Job applications. If you apply to work with us, our application form is hosted by Google Forms, and the information you submit is handled under Google’s privacy policy as well as this one.

Information collected automatically

Like nearly every website, our web hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the date and time of your visit. These server logs are used to keep the website secure and running properly.

Cookies and tracking

Our website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics tools to follow you around the internet. Some pages display content from other companies, including fonts from Google Fonts, an embedded Google Map and photos served by Pexels. When your browser loads that content, those companies may receive your IP address and may set their own cookies, as described in their own privacy policies. Links to our Facebook, Instagram and Google pages take you to those sites, which have their own privacy practices.

Phone calls and text messages

When you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your estimate, appointments and services. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts, or tell us at any time that you prefer another way of contact. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only when needed to run our business:

• Our cleaning team. The team members assigned to your job receive the details they need to do it, such as your name, service address and access instructions.
• Service providers. Companies that help us operate, such as our web host, email provider, scheduling and invoicing tools, text-messaging service and payment processors, handle information on our behalf and only for that purpose.
• Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the safety, rights or property of our customers, our team or our business.
• Business changes. If our business is ever sold or reorganized, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

Payments

We do not collect payment card numbers through our website. Card payments are handled by our payment processor, and Zelle payments are handled by your bank. We keep records of payments made to us (such as amount, date and method) for accounting and tax purposes.

How long we keep information

We keep customer and estimate information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. Estimate requests that don’t lead to a booking are deleted periodically. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your choices” below).

How we protect your information

Our website uses a secure, encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to customer information is limited to the people who need it to serve you. No website, email or storage system is 100% secure, however, so please don’t send sensitive information such as card numbers, bank details or alarm codes through our website form or by regular email. Call or text us instead.

Your choices

You may contact us at any time to:

• ask what personal information we have about you
• correct information that is inaccurate
• ask us to delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal, tax or accounting reasons
• stop receiving texts (reply STOP) or emails from us

We will respond to your request within a reasonable time and will not treat you differently for making it.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
